Payment Terms & Conditions

Our payment terms are designed to provide flexibility while ensuring tour availability. We require a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due before tour departure.

Deposit Requirements

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your Tanzania safari or Kilimanjaro trekking booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour departure date. For last-minute bookings (within 30 days), full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy allows for full refunds up to 60 days before departure, with partial refunds available up to 30 days before your safari or trekking tour begins.
